  • HARDWARE: Apple iPhone Antitrust and Computer Fraud claims upheld in California court: As I stated before -- bricking phones because someone unlocked them is wrong. There was a big debate here, back in the day. Looks like the courts agree with me :) Yay California! The courts DENIED Apple's motion to dismiss the following claims laid against them: Sherman Act, computer tresspass, computer fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act claims.
