Fitch assigns an 'AA-' rating to $261.2 million Los Angeles Convention and Exhibition Center Authority (the authority), CA's lease revenue refunding bonds, series 2008A. The bonds are expected to sell via negotiation during the week of Sept. 8, 2008. The bonds are secured by the City of Los Angeles' lease rental payments to the authority for the use of the convention center.
