Resource Capital Corp. Reaffirms Fourth Quarter Dividend Expectation

Resource Capital Corp. today reaffirmed its dividend guidance for the fourth quarter, ending December 31, 2008 at $0.37-$0.39 per common share. As previously announced, RCC declared a dividend of $0.39 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2008, which will be paid on October 28, 2008 to holders of record on October 6, 2008.
